you reconnect with fire, earth, water, air and ether in freedom; the elements are no longer a threat. The body learns through experience that nature is not the enemy.Fire becomes a teacher—of limits, attention and contemplation; it warms, holds and connects you to your spirit. Wind becomes information: you feel it, read it, breathe it. Earth brings you back to your origin; touching it, walking it, regulates you and returns you to yourself.Water stops being control: resist and it exhausts you; move with awareness and it teaches flow, cleanses and lifts you. Air is the base: breath is no longer automatic; regulate it and emotion follows, the system settles. And ether—the silent space of open sky—offers perspective, so you can hear yourself.Together, the elements reeducate every layer of consciousness.

Grounding
you When the body makes direct contact with sand, earth or water, something simple and powerful happens: you become more real. It’s not an idea, it’s a physical sense of stability. The feet awaken, posture aligns, breath deepens naturally, and the mind slows down.In that contact, tension begins to fall away; the need to think and control softens. A basic sense of safety emerges—as if the body remembers it belongs. Energy settles instead of scattering outward. Even sexuality becomes calmer: less mental drive, more embodied presence. At a deeper level, something clear shifts: you stop living in the head and return to the body.

Yoga
Morning vinyasa, facing the sea and on the sand, is like tuning the instrument. The body awakens without stress; joints lubricate, the core activates, breath becomes the guide, and the mind comes into focus. The sand demands presence: micro-adjustments, balance, real strength. Instead of starting the day with
tension and concern, you begin in flow.
At night, yin by the waves and under the
stars is the complementary opposite: not
activation, but release. The body stops
resisting, fascia opens, hips, spine and
lower back decompress; the nervous system
shifts into repair. The mind moves toward
Alpha states, where experience integrates.
Sleep arrives naturally, with clear images that
connect the subconscious through dreams.
Cacao circle.
Within the expeditions, we create a space for inner emotional exploration. We are used to thinking about emotions; here, we feel them from within, with clarity. The body receives a gentle, sustained activation, a more present attention. The mind softens judgment and becomes more honest; words turn simple and precise. Emotionally, what was held can be expressed without drama; empathy arises naturally, listening becomes real. Energy gathers at the center; there is no dispersion. Sexuality is integrated—not stimulated—it becomes ordered vital energy. There is no spectacle: gratitude and contemplation emerge. Cacao helps create an experience where the human side can be shown without masks. It opens the heart.

Mental hygiene
When you remove music, phones, entertainment and instant gratification, the first thing that appears is the imprint of the modern world: the urge to fill space. The mind looks for escape, the body craves dopamine and stimulation; restlessness or irritability can arise, especially with harsh conditions, fatigue or lack of comfort. But if you stay with it, a shift happens: the nervous system clears and a deep silence emerges.
Attention sharpens, thoughts become longer, time
feels different; the mind stops fragmenting into
micro-stimuli. In that space, what was hidden
begins to surface: unresolved emotions, postponed
decisions, accumulated fatigue, even joy or tears.
Nature becomes the only sound, and it does not
manipulate your inner state: it doesn’t push you to
feel, it lets you listen. Energy gathers again; desire
clears of fantasy and becomes more real.
The subconscious comes forward: memories,
intuitions and inner signals arise—things usually
buried beneath noise and urgency.
Conscious nutrition.
During the expeditions, we choose a vegetarian menu as an act of respect for life; we do not consume animals. When food is simple, clean and plant-based, the body responds quickly: lighter digestion, steadier energy, less heaviness, better recovery. The mind becomes clearer as the body is not spending excess energy on digestion. Emotionally, there is greater sensitivity and a more stable state: fewer fluctuations, less irritability. Sexual energy remains calm, free from excess desire. At a deeper level, clarity emerges to reconnect with our essence, as internal dissonance is reduced.

Nagi
At certain moments in the expedition, the naǧí can “travel” and bring insight: into other realities of the multiverse, other states of consciousness and lines of perception. This may arise in dreams, in visions during trance states, or in deep contemplation—for example, while observing fire in silence for extended periods. It can also
emerge through repetitive movement: kayaking
becomes a moving meditation, and by sustaining
a steady rhythm, the mind enters a different state
where other realities can be explored and answers
received. These experiences are amplified when the
environment is right—we have seen it in vision
quests, the Sun Dance, or IBEX expeditions—
where the necessary conditions to encounter and
work with the naǧí come into alignment.
Commitment and safety
At IBEX, safety is a central pillar of every expedition. Our team brings preparation, experience, protocols and constant supervision to reduce risk and respond to any situation. However, safety is only possible with the active commitment of each participant: following all staff instructions, respecting schedules and routes, and staying within the agreed perimeter and plan. It is not permitted to separate from the group on your own or engage in additional activities without authorization. These measures are not meant to limit the experience; they ensure we can care for the group as a whole and that everyone returns home safely.

Connection with your essence.
The main goal of an IBEX expedition is not to disconnect
you from your life; it is to reconnect you with the most
real part within you. Your essence, your center, your
spirit, your energy, your subconscious, your heart—
that place where things are generated before the mind
realizes it. Nothing in the system we live in encourages
that connection. We live in an environment designed
from a mental perspective: hurry, screens, noise,
entertainment, stimuli, and instant satisfaction. Added
to this are family conditioning, the soul’s personal
history, and the events each person carries. Fake
humans taught us to create our lives from the mind,
while the perspective of essence is relegated to the
alternative, the intangible, the radical. Thus, it fades
and is forgotten, paving the way for internal
disconnection and external attachment. IBEX offers
these expeditions to create the conditions where
we can hear that essence again. Within silence,
nature, the body, and the energy of creation, it becomes present enough that—even for a moment—the mental casing breaks, and the essence speaks to you. When that happens, you feel a clarity that changes the way you create your life. And the more you listen to yourself, the more you create a world that becomes your medicine—and that medicine you can share with your world.
